• Establish quality procedures, maintain and manage quality records and documentations.
• Develop and oversee implementation of inspection Plans/Standards
• Manage, update and approve procedures, works instructions, process flows, audit reports, quality plans, inspection records, change control, corrective and preventive action plans and traceability documentation
• Develop process auditing routines to assure compliance to established procedures, maintain areas in a condition that support ISO compliance
• Generating and maintaining a site process qualification / validation program plan
• Actively coordinate and be responsible for new product launch activities as assigned
• Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or Engineering •
• Project Management in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, structured problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and process control
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO900, etc), certification in ISO prefererd
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, and test processes
• Experience with non-conformance systems, audit programs.
• Analytical thinking and basic statistical/SPC, data interpretation
• Familiar with tools like FMEA, MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis)
• Intermediate English proficiency.
