Mô tả công việc
1.Quantity :
• Plant Audit (Manufacturing)
• Timely deal with customer complaints and feedback to the company
quality department
• Verification / Validation Test (Test Case check)
2. Service :
• Process RMA (Return Material Authorization) in a timely
• Repair RMA units
• Service Stock management
• Service support for Neighborhood country (East South Area)
• Product removal / mounting for demonstration (AVN / Rear Camera)

Yêu cầu
Degree: Bachelor of Engineering (preferred)
Major: Engineering (preferred)
1. Quantity:
• Bachelor of Engineering preferred
• The individual must have the capability of self-learning.
• Analytical, report writing, pro-active problem solver
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Good verbal and written communication skills English.
• Experience of integrated management systems (ISO9001/TS16949),
preferably within an automotive manufacturing environment, minimum 2+
years.
2. Service:
• Bachelor of Engineering preferred
• The individual must have the capability of self-learning.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Good verbal and written communication skills English.
• Experience of working in an Audio/Navigation/Dash Cam field service,
preferably within an automotive environment, minimum 1+ years
Skills / Licenses: Computer & English
Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English or Korean
