Mission Statement:
Manufacturing Quality Control work includes: Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Testing random samples of finished goods. Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality As-surance to troubleshoot and resolve problems An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following profi-ciency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Main Accountabilities:
Incoming quality control:
- Data analysis (SPC/ OQD/ NCR ...) and leading supplier quality improvement.
- Managing equipment calibration.
- QM module/ Digital Passport System set up
- Supplier audit.
- Support blue-collar training & qualification or assessment.
- Build quality culture.
- Leading Gauge R&R
- Perform special test according TDI (technical delivery instruction)
- Participating NPI project and contribute quality.
- Coordinate with HUB/ SCM category to solve material / supplier issues

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
o 4 years' experience in Quality Control or Product Engineering
Knowledge & Skills:
o Lean6sigma
o Fluent in English
o Problem solving (8D/DMAIC / Fishbone diagram)
o Data analysis
o MS office & Power BI
o Report & presentation
o Logical thinking
o ISO 9001: 2015
o Lead auditor
