Manage and oversee QC/Packing team's daily operation.
Assign, supervise, and train team members.
Prepare, monitor, and handle quality reports.
Ensure SOPs are implemented during every step of the production process.
Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits.
Develop and continuously improve quality control processes.
Handle customer complaints, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions.
Work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across all company operations, ensuring waste is minimized.
Prepare and report Monthly Quality performance.
Analyse and set up the standard/ tolerance for OS suppliers.
Draft and manage quality documentation and records.
Work with compliance management and follow up external audit and internal audit programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years experienced in QA supervision. Prefer candidates with experience in label printing or packaging industry.
Bachelor's degree.
Solid understanding of the quality processes, especially in printing & packaing industry.
Able to manage, motivate, train and develop self, team and factories to achieve excellent quality standards throughout the production process.
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and auditing.
Able to work under high pressure, teamwork.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong change management and adaptability.
