Mô tả công việc

Job Description
1/ Verification of process conformance (verify product quality through specified inspections / audits)
Daily audit/control in production line (to ensure all MFG operations always follow with current standard)
Control quality documents
2/ Handling of non-conformances in production line (report deviation, control block parts, monitor actions taken, etc.)
Work with MFG shift leaders/key instructors to handle with problem/deviation within a shift
Control all blocked parts on physical warehouse (arrangement & labelling) & on controlling system (SAP & excel)
Update quality information into database system (blocking information, audit results, logbook, etc.)
Record and notice to QMM & MFG team a happening non-conformity in production line
3/ Work in team to solve non-conformity happened in production line
Support for problem solving by collecting related information (Trace back, measuring data, visual inspection result, etc.)

Yêu cầu

Qualifications
Education: graduate from college (prefer: background of engineering/technology/mechanical/etc.)
Working experience: Not required
Good Verbal and Written Communication by Vietnamese
Quality Orientation / Attention to Detail
Endurance
Responsiveness / Agility / Willing to Learn
Loyalty / Adhere to company's policies
Can speak English in working
