Core Responsibilities
• Participate in preventive and corrective actions for non-conforming (NC) raw materials and finished goods (FG), and follow up on issue resolution until closure, including the disposition of quarantined finished goods and work-in-process (WIP).

• Investigate root causes of quality issues, coordinate with relevant departments, and monitor the progress of corrective actions.

• Apply basic statistical methods to analyze data and utilize PDCA and quality tools for problem-solving.
• Áp dụng các phương pháp thống kê cơ bản để phân tích dữ liệu và sử dụng các công cụ PDCA/Chất lượng trong việc giải quyết vấn đề.
• Report shift quality performance to relevant departments and in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

quản lý chất lượng (QMS).
• Report any quality risks or abnormalities to the direct supervisor.

• Conduct EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and 5S assessments in assigned areas.
• Đánh giá EHS (Môi trường, Sức khỏe, An toàn) và 5S tại các khu vực được phân công.
• Lead or participate in Quality Teams (Small Group Activities) and monitor, verify, and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement actions within the assigned area.
• Dẫn dắt hoặc tham gia vào Nhóm chất lượng (Hoạt động nhóm nhỏ) và theo dõi/xác minh/đánh giá tính hiệu quả của các hành động cải tiến trong khu vực mình phụ trách.
• Comply with and participate in internal and external audits (IMS, CCC, FSC, etc.), LCI assessments, and the establishment of annual Targeted Improvement Plans (TIP).
• Tuân thủ và tham gia vào các đợt đánh giá nội bộ/bên ngoài (IMS, CCC, FSC, ...), đánh giá LCI và thiết lập mục tiêu cải tiến (TIP) hàng năm.
• Stop production when serious EHS or Quality risks are identified. Report to management and actively collaborate with relevant parties to resolve the situation immediately.
• Dừng sản xuất trong trường hợp phát hiện rủi ro nghiêm trọng về EHS hoặc Chất lượng. Báo cáo cấp trên và tích cực phối hợp để giải quyết tình huống ngay lập tức.
• Support related projects within the plant.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Do you have what it takes?
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality, preferably in a multinational company (MNC) or an organization with high-quality standards.
• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Chất lượng, ưu tiên ứng viên làm việc tại công ty đa quốc gia (MNC) hoặc doanh nghiệp có tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao.
• Proficient in quality standards and defect classification.
• Thành thạo các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và phân loại lỗi.
• Good eyesight and no color blindness.
• Có thị lực tốt, không bị mù màu.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, with experience in evaluation and practical validation.
• Có kiến thức về sản xuất, kinh nghiệm đánh giá và xác nhận thực tiễn.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.

• Understanding of basic statistical techniques and knowledge of the PDCA methodology.

• Experience applying DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, SPC, and SGA/QC in problem-solving and quality improvement is an advantage.
