- Manage content types including but not limited to podcasts, videos, playlist titles, user profiles, playlists, album art, other user generated content, and live stream through services.
- Listen to live audio streams to moderate content against community guidelines.
- Receive leads through client tool to evaluate content.
- Engage and record outcomes of content through use of programs and tools, spreadsheets, or other.
- Track all moderation activities in and using client commissioned tools.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum B2-level of English fluency.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed above.
- Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances within your native language.
- High level of maturity and judgment to identify and handle sensitive vs. nonsensitive content appropriately.
- Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Day shifts: 7:00 - 16:00 | 9:00 - 18:00 | 12:00 - 21:00 | 13:00 - 22:00
Night shifts: 19:00 - 4:00 | 20:00 - 5:00 | 21:00 - 6:00 | 22:00 - 7:00
