Mô tả công việc
- Monitoring ESH activities on company: chemical, waste, internal audit...
- Follow up ESH objective: risk assessment, environment aspect, labor accident
- Establish procedure of environment, health safety for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Ensure effective environment protection and health safety system
- Ensure and implement activities about environment, health safety of company comply to law, regulation of country and Hoya Group
- Conduct internal audit base on requirement of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Establish, maintain and propose safety, health, occupation, environment procedures, regulations, standards, plans ESH in the factory.
- Maintain an effective system for monitoring ESH performance (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 system)
- Develop and make training plan for employees, including subcontractors following to laws
- Organize training for all employees to be aware of the harm and the risk factors in the production process to prevent accidents and occupation disease
- Direct report to QA-ESH Department Manager
- Follow and support QA-ESH Department Manager
Yêu cầu
- Male/ Female
- Graduate University Occupational Safety/Environment Science
- At least5years experience about ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 system in foreign company and manufacturing company
- Good communication in English
- Have certificate of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Internal Audit (must)
- Have certificate of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor and Trainer Certificate for Group 4 is a big advantage
