The Audio People, is a fully owned subsidiary of Zeppelin & Co. (Singapore), Asia's only Audio Cafe! We are now expanding our winning concept, one step at a time, a customer at a time, into Vietnam for the first time.

Job Description
The person must be fully bilingual in English and Vietnamese. This is an important pre-requisite.
The salary will be between 16.5 million VND - 19.5 million VND / month gross depending on the experience and suitability of the candidate.
We would like someone for front of store, to be talking and selling audio, 5 days a week. You are expected to hone your understanding of the business at its most essential level - The ability to understand customers' changing behaviours and wants, which when done well, naturally extends into good sales.
As you are completely bilingual, you will be working directly with the founder and CEO, to help him translate in communications, and other tasks that he may require of you to help.

Anyone may apply but we prioritise these qualities (not in order of preference):
1. Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
2. Qualification(s): Degree or higher; Degree is not a pre-requisite.
3. Front facing - good in customer service and sales. The founding ethos of The Audio People is to be able to provide exemplary customer service, for customers from all walks of life. This is primary amongst all other requirements.
4. Very Useful To Have: Creatives (i.e. able to shoot, edit videos, assist in ad-hoc social media posts and projects). Capable of transcribing and adding subtitles in both Vietnamese and English, versed in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (for video editing)
5. Knowledge in portable audio - This is not a pre-requisite.
6. Have experience in retail sales - Good to have, but not a pre-requisite.
7. Amicable, resilient, honest, and have a willingness to learn.
8. Willingness to work weekends (you get Monday + another day off).
9. High energy as you will be meeting with a lot of different people on a weekly basis.

There will be a total of 12 - 14 paid leaves per year, depending on the candidate.
