1) Merchandising
Ensure actual merchandise aligns with the system track record
Ensure the store always has enough samples, item quantities, sizes to sell to achieve daily revenue
Ensure the hygiene and products are displayed in the showroom in compliance with regulations
Make planning on goods (weekly and monthly) regarding quanity and design to place orders at factory and achieve revenue plan
2) Sales Service
Ensuring good sales service - all employees are warm, lively and talk enthusiastically to customers and satisfy customers
Ensure all online and store orders (including goods shipped and placed / fixed) are handled in accordance with regulations, and ensure customer satisfaction
Expand and build a regular customer base to run revenue
Positively propose solutions to improve and improve sales skills, run sales for employees weekly and monthly
Divide and assign weekly targets for employees to be able to run revenue evenly while ensuring that the tasks are not affected
3) Human Resources
Recruit and train sales staff
Ensure sufficient personnel in the shift and sales staff work in accordance with the principles and duties assigned
