Hỗ trợ Studio Phạm Minh Hiếu phát triển và triển khai các giải pháp thiết kế không gian - kỹ thuật xuyên suốt từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến giai đoạn thi công.
Điều phối quá trình xây dựng các giải pháp kỹ thuật của dự án, bao gồm: kết cấu, vật liệu, mô hình thử nghiệm (prototype), mô hình 3D và bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
Hỗ trợ thực hiện các tác vụ thiết kế và triển khai bản vẽ cơ bản (AutoCAD hoặc các phần mềm tương đương) khi cần thiết.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên đối tác, phân ban nội bộ và các bên liên quan nhằm đảm bảo các giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp với yêu cầu và kế hoạch của dự án.
Giám sát quá trình sản xuất và thi công tại xưởng hoặc hiện trường, đảm bảo chất lượng thi công, an toàn lao động và đề xuất phương án giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai.
Ghi nhận, lưu trữ và quản lý hồ sơ kỹ thuật, bản vẽ và các tài liệu liên quan theo quy định chung của Studio.
Kiểm soát các yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tiến độ và ngân sách của dự án, đảm bảo kết quả thực hiện đạt tiêu chuẩn và mục tiêu đã đề ra.
Hỗ trợ các công việc khác theo yêu cầu từ Studio.
Support Studio Phạm Minh Hiếu in the development and realization of spatial and technical solutions.
Lead the development of technical solutions for projects, including structural systems, materials, prototypes, 3D models, and technical drawings.
Assist with basic technical drawings (using AutoCAD or equivalent software) when needed.
Work closely with partners, Studio members and other stakeholders to ensure technical requirements and production timelines.
Conduct on-site supervision when required, monitoring quality, safety, and any technical issues that arise during construction. Monitor workmanship quality, safety standards and propose solutions if needed.
Document and archive technical records, drawings and related materials in accordance with the Studio's standard procedures.
Ensure project deliverables meet technical standards while maintaining the project schedule and budget.
Support other tasks as required by the Studio.

Enthusiasm for the arts, especially contemporary art.
Background or experience in similar fields such as architecture, interior design, construction, mechanical engineering, or related technical practice.
Proficiency in technical design and production-related software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD (or equivalent tools).
Proactive, dedicated, highly responsible, and willing to engage in on-site supervision. Availability to travel as needed.
Good organizational, time management, and information management skills.
Good research and presentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.
Familiarity with project coordination and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Notion is an advantage.
