Mô tả công việc
• Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams (Project Management, Design, Commercial, Structural/Civil, MEP, Safety)
• Review and manage the consultants and contractors to ensure practical, cost and functional effective civil designs and construction methods
• Facilitate the coordination among designers/ consultants/ contractors for design development and problem solving
• Chair or join various coordination meetings and progress meetings to facilitate coordination process
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordination with various parties
• Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is kept at a good level at the construction site
• Assist to review commercial contracts and progress payments.
• Other assignments from direct supervisor and Management Board.
Yêu cầu
• A degree holder within civil engineering.
• Minimum of 10 - year experience in consultant firms or developer
• Local Vietnam project experience preferable
• Good communication skills and problem solving capabilities
• Fluent in speaking and written English
