Mô tả công việc
The Academic Manager (AM) is responsible for ensuring the TALEED Academy programme is in line with the quality standard. This is done by providing leadership and oversight in administering and coordinating the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring the care and welfare of students, responsible for the quality control and care of teachers and administrative staff, and ensuring the successful delivery of the TALEED Academy programme.
Key accountabilities:
- Conducts tours in TALEED Academy; is the interface with parents.
- Follows annual student targets for TALEED Academy and supports the Deputy Director with the development and implementation of the marketing plan to ensure targets are met.
- Manages and supports teachers and teaching assistants, and ensures that TALEED Academy offers a safe, inspiring and caring environment for students to develop and learn.
- Manages and tracks targets for admissions as well as maintains records of TALEED's larger community.
- Oversees the academic functions of the Academic Department, responsible for the day-to-day quality delivery of programme.
- Provides regular reports to the Deputy Director
- Represents TALEED and supports the Deputy Director with communication for TALEED Academy with parents, the community, prospective parents as well as supporting the Deputy Director liaise for all Government and Ministerial authorities.
- Responsible for marketing, admissions, facilities management, HR, non-academic recruitment, schedules of the nursery, operations policies and procedures, etc.
Yêu cầu
- A native Vietnamese national who graduate from colleges and universities in Europe, North America, Australia, or Singapore. Consideration will also go to those studied in Vietnamese prestigious universities.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills at Native Level English Speaker level.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience and experience as academic manager or senior management position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as academic manager or senior academic management position which includes experience in leading, training and coaching colleagues, teachers, teaching assistants and academic support team.
- English is the language of teaching and communication at TALEED Academy. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 6.5 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines).
