Quản Lý Kho (Warehouse Manager)

Lead all activities of company warehousing connecting to finished products , packaging
Work closely with other shareholders supply chain to plan and carry out warehouse operation with high efficiency and best quality of the industry.
Develop warehouse capability to cope with the growth of the company into new markets as well as new requirement of the industry and customers.
Limited source of warehouse to expand when necessary.
Lead the process of making budget of all warehouse activities of company , DC and branch warehouses , follow up with budget performance and push up if necessary.
Lead the process of building SOPs for warehouse activities, ensure SOP to be obliged by all DCs and Branch warehouses.
Perform KPIs as committed and all other checking and controlling program like Audit, SIP, Risk management ect
Ensure the IRA in the whole warehouse network , secure no shortage, loss or damage of inventory.
Deploy BCPs in the whole warehouses operation of company ( power failure, HSE incident, strike , natural disaster ect.. )
Participate in management meeting , report on warehouse performance and give input on improvement
Participate in S&OP meeting , update warehouse storage and operation capacity vs S&OP demand
Lead the process of study and establish storage lay out to all DCs and Branch Warehouse , ensure that storage capacity could be increase maximum when necessary.
Participate into the project of developing company's supply chain
Research new storage solution , inventory management increasing efficiency and quality
Apply new technology into warehouse management and operation to increase productivity and accuracy in management.
Study and propose the expansion of new warehouses or reduce the number of warehouse from time to time
Encourage , guide direct report staff to develop competency and personal skill , fulfil personal KPIs
Search for good and potential staff , place them into training and development program
Deploy and secure the succession plan of warehouse department.
