Mô tả công việc

Location and Schedule:

Working hours: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday - flexible)
The schedule may change during spring, fall, summer, and winter breaks.
Ciputra Campus: Shophouse A26, Sunshine City, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase 2), Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi.

Responsibilities:
1. Academic & Classroom Coordination

Work with both parents and teachers to arrange class schedules and let them know about any changes.
Inform teachers about the teaching materials and remind them to set up the classroom equipment before lessons.
Supervise students during break times or between classes.
Keep track of student progress and work with teachers to support learning.
Share updates about student progress with parents regularly (sending daily recap and monthly report card)

2. Administrative Support

Assist with data entry, document management, and preparation of academic materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring confidentiality.
Support the organization of internal meetings, workshops, seminars, and parent-teacher conferences.
Maintain classroom readiness and manage supplies (stationery, teaching aids, refreshments for staff).

3. Front Desk & Operations

Always be present at the front desk to greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional way.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Check students in and out, take attendance, and guide them to the correct classrooms.
Help with the registration and enrollment of new students.

4. Customer Service & Consultation

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages (KakaoTalk, Zalo), and help with any questions or direct them to the right person.
Arrange placement or diagnostic tests and book consultation times for new students who contact for class
Give advice on courses based on each student's needs and level.
Respond to customer questions or concerns and pass on any serious issues to the right team.
Build and maintain good relationships with students and their families.

5. Additional Tasks

Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support academic and operational needs.

Yêu cầu

Language requirement: good command of English (equivalent of IELTS 6.5 or higher).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in working with children is preferred.
Experience in working in education and customer services is preferred
Communication skills, including writing and interpersonal conversation.
Organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate, positive, and encouraging attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva; efficient use of AI is an asset.
Have a personal laptop
