Quản Lý Nhóm Vận Hành (Operation Team Manager)

· Lead the Operation team for air, sea, export and import from A to Z.
· Oversee day-to-day operations to make sure that good services provided to customers and business partners.
· Work well with subcontractors to implement local procedures like customs, trucking; keep close contact with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders.
· Handle customers' enquiries, quotations and overseas agents' correspondence and offering solutions.
· Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company's requirements and customer's standard operating procedures.
· Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions that enable customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services.
· Responsible for leading pricing team to get best rates from airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies or any other partners.
· Manage and analyze pricing and profitability on project-based business and strategic/contract accounts/customer and identifies opportunity for improvement.
· Expand business with the oversea agents.
· Provide analysis and support to Director when developing current business volume, price or implementing new business projects.
· Make weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required.
· Fulfill other tasks assigned by General Director.
