To establish and maintain IDS Medical Systems (Vietnam) Ltd's position as the leading Integrated Healthcare provider through the promotion of IDSMED's core Vision and Values.
Sustains the growth of IDS Medical Systems (Vietnam) Ltd's business by establishing new business relationships within the Global Healthcare Industry for the provision of goods and services into the Vietnamese Healthcare Sector.
Research, identify and prospect principal suppliers and product lines.
Carry out market research to identify existing and forthcoming opportunities within the Vietnamese Public and Private Health Systems.
Identifies and cultivates strong relations with Key Decision Makers within the Healthcare System and related Governmental Agencies.
Co-operates with the Senior Management Team in the development of Strategic Plans.
Establishes and maintains strong internal relations with all departments within the IDS Medical Systems Group.

Strategic Management
Co-operate with BOD to create, develop, implement and approve strategic plans for business development.
Monitor and refine strategic plans where necessary to ensure the agreed growth on an annual basis.
Co-operate and liaise with all internal departments involved in the implementation of the strategic plan.
Market Analysis
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to evaluate specific healthcare markets.
Maintain strong relation with KOLs to identify market trends and environmental changes.
Attend industry functions, such as International Congresses and National Conferences to attain information on markets and healthcare advances.
Research and identify opportunities for distributor agreements to enhance and further develop the portfolio of IDS Medical Systems (Vietnam) Ltd.
Monitor competitor activities and product developments to anticipate potential changes in the market conditions.
Principal Supplier Development
Prospect potential principals for product ranges suitable to the Vietnamese market.
Promote IDS Medical Systems (Vietnam) Ltd's position as the leading Integrated Healthcare provider in Vietnam through IDSMED's core Vision and Values.
Identify and establish strong relations with key decision makers. Act as liaison between principal suppliers and IDS Medical Systems (Vietnam) Ltd
Make all necessary presentations and promotional activities.
Liaise with key clients to understand needs and goals; provide solutions and services to meet these requirements.
Carry out supporting market research and evaluation for product lines and presents credible business plans.
Discuss and present business plans to IDSMed managers for resource allocation and approval.
Identify potential road blocks, negotiate mutually agreeable solutions and moves the client towards a close.
Conclude agreements
Maintain strong presence with Key Decision Makers to sustain strong relations and to maximize on all existing and future opportunities.
People Management
Organize recruitment and placement of required staff for the Business Development team.
Delegate tasks and accountabilities with in the team
Monitor, guide, and evaluate development performance of direct reports
Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
Continuous Development
Achieve personal development goals through training course attendance, conference and congress participation, continuous research and evaluation of clinical and medical industry trends.
Competencies
Minimum of 5 years' experience in PRM/ Business Development Manager position
Industry relevant sales and marketing experience
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Capabilities to supervise, manage and lead staff.
The ability to identify risks and recommend actions to mitigate these.
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with employees and external contacts.
Strategic in approach to solving problems; possess the ability to understand situations on a larger scale, but also possess the ability to manage details.
Strong interpersonal and management skills; able to communicate impactfully and influencing people positively.
Utilize resources effectively and efficiently in accomplishing plans and focus efforts on areas to create most positive impact to the business.
Ability to build and develop a team and set clear, achievable goals for team members.
