Quản Lý Sản Xuất Xưởng Gỗ / Production Manager

Oversee and optimize production processes, schedules based on customer orders, establishing and improving production management procedures and standards. Ensure alignment with company goals, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and manage develop and implement production schedules based on customer orders, ensuring that production plans are based on demand, capacity, and resource availability. Monitor daily activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet targets.
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all product meets companies quality standards are met and maintained. Ensure that production processes comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Team Management, Lead and manage the production team, including supervisors, machine operators, kilns dryers and assembly workers, Provide coaching and training, and manage the production team to enhance performance and productivity. Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve team effectiveness, develop opportunities to staff, monitor staff performance, ensure adherence of 100% to company policies and manage employee shift schedules.
Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain effective communication with senior management on production status and any challenges.
Analyze production costs and propose strategies to reduce costs without compromising on quality. Ensure efficient use of resources, including raw materials, labor, and machinery.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure smooth and continuous operations. Handle unexpected disruptions or emergencies efficiently.
Prepare and analyze production reports, using data to forecast future requirements and optimize production workflows.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
