Mô tả công việc
- Direct all operational aspects including after sales service, administration, human resources and sales of the station
- Mainly assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives and business plan to meet goals and metrics
- seek new dealers and develop retail network at assigned territory
- study and catch up information of competing markets and provide reports on market movement

Yêu cầu
- Education background on engineering, HVAC industry working experience more than 5 year is preferred
- Experience on retail business and team management, delegation
- Self-motivated, energetic, adaptive to changes and willing to accept challenges
- Ability to work under pressure
- Communicate well in English and Vietnamese
- Working in Quang Ninh
