Mô tả công việc
- The incumbent is overall responsible for the execution of project, good contract administration, sourcing and awarding of trade packages and finalization of project contract account and subcontractor's accounts within budget and time.
- Good understanding and interpretation of Conditions of Contract
- Assist in execution of Contract Document
- Prepare contractual correspondences writing during project execution
- Review and interpret Contract Documents with recommendation for contractual dispute
- Assist in administration of Extension of Time claim
- Source, negotiate and procure trade packages in compliance with requirement and time schedule including drafting of Subcontract Document
- Ensures that procurement functions are carried out in a highly ethical manner and all decisions are made on objective and defendable grounds
- Initiate, assist and lead in contractual and Variation management and documentation
- Assist in setting up and updating of projects budget on monthly basis
- Monitor and manage progress claim submission, payment response and finalize project account
- Administer Indemnity/Warranty and other contractual obligations
- Co-ordinates the work with team members to performed the tasks assigned
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Yêu cầu
- 3-4 years' experience interior fit out QS works or relevant construction industries.
- Completed minimum 1 project account finalization
- An eye to capture critical details and items in understanding drawing convention against BQ.
- Demonstrated good letter writing skills in respect of contract provision and external communication
- Demonstrated success in handling and finalising projects
- At least a Diploma in Construction related discipline or equivalent
- Able to make project report in MS Words and project tabulation in MS Excel is necessary.
