Mô tả công việc
- Are you a recently graduated (or about to graduate) Quantity Surveyor with strong English communication skills?
- Are you interested in managing large databases and keeping records organized?
If so, we would love to hear from you. Read on and become part of our Maritime team in Vietnam.
What you do
Initially:
- Build up unit rates for estimating purposes
- Assist to take off quantity, prepare bill of quantities and cost estimation
- Check on changes and variations of design to assess the effects on bills of quantity and project cost during implementation
- Attend project meetings and discuss with clients' contractors
- Attend Tender interviews/ Tender assessment report of Tenderer submission
- Perform and execute cost control principles pre and during construction
- Visit construction sites for Variation Order (VO) meetings with Contractors
- Request quotations from suppliers
- Follow up and update material prices trend on market
- Maintain regular communication with the QS team of other offices for the latest cost database
- Search material sources/ adequate design for potential project
- Improve and manage the cost database and other operation databases
- Report to Department Manager.
As your career progresses:
- Do cost analysis record of project/ summary of project quantities
- Be able to do Value Engineering (VE).

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or related field
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong record-keeping, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
