Duties and Responsibilities:
- The development of the furniture products, monitor products and orders with the factory from sample confirmation to sale (quotation, samples, orders, delivery status, payment)/ Phát triển sản phẩm nội thất, theo dõi sản phẩm, đơn hàng với nhà máy từ lúc xác nhận mẫu đến lúc bán (báo giá, mẫu, đơn hàng, tình trạng giao hàng, thanh toán)
- Tracking the progress of the system's single order to ensure delivery./ Theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng của hệ thống để đảm bảo giao hàng.
- Resolving customer complaints and after-sales problems./Giải quyết các khiếu nại của khách hàng và các vấn đề sau bán hàng.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader./Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác do lãnh đạo giao.
Yêu cầu
Skills and Qualifications:
**Fluently in listening, speaking, reading, and writing by Chinese./Nghe nói đọc viết thành thạo Tiếng Trung.
- Handle daily tasks fluently, English proficiency is a plus./ Xử lý công việc hàng ngày trôi chảy, biết tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
- skilled application of word, Excel and other office software./ Sử dụng thành thạo word, excel và các phần mềm văn phòng khác.
- Willing to go business trip and overtime./ Sẵn sàng đi công tác và làm thêm giờ.
- Careful, work hard, strong sense of responsibility, outgoing personality./ Cẩn thận, chăm chỉ, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, tính cách hướng ngoại.
- Priority for candidates with experience in monitoring foreign trade or furniture factory development. / Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm giám sát ngoại thương hoặc phát triển nhà máy nội thất

Noble House Home Furnishings Viet Nam is a Procurement Office located in Da Nang, Viet Nam. Our head office is located in USA and we are working with China Office. We specialize in managing factory partnerships, supply chain, logistics, distribution, and sales of our company's products across the world. Our company consists of around 250 staffs in Viet Nam and China, more than 150 staffs in USA; due to rapid growth and expansion, we expect that number to reach 500 by end of 2020.
