R&D Engineer (Bình Dương Office)

• Research, test, and evaluate newly developed products, processes, designs, and technologies related to water and wastewater treatment before implementation in company projects.
• Collect and review technical documents, scientific papers, standards, and reference materials related to new treatment technologies and ongoing projects.
• Plan, design, conduct, monitor, and evaluate laboratory and pilot-scale experiments involving physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes.
• Perform water quality testing, jar testing, adsorption, coagulation, oxidation, and other treatment performance evaluations.
• Operate and monitor biological wastewater treatment models and experimental systems.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data; prepare technical reports and recommend practical treatment solutions.
• Research and propose technical measures to solve operational issues encountered in water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Review and evaluate technologies related to resource recovery, water reuse, by-product recycling, and greenhouse gas emission reduction.
• Report project progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline.
