* ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the implementation and reporting of R&D training for selected staff.
Estimate Atlas digital services and resources for new R&D projects.
Report on compliance of digital QA/QC procedures for R&D projects.
Plan & create priorities for the development of Atlas tools under the instruction of the Digital Director.
Support the implementation of the strategic roadmap across the company, which includes topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, company efficiency, automation, and audits.
Lead the creation and maintenance of automated BIM solutions for 3D models & 2D drawings.
Support the R&D team to deliver new custom applications to augment the effective use of BIM software.
Collaborate in R&D projects, such as 3DVR/AR, generative design, AI, etc.
Manage staff performance within the team, overseeing both staff behavior and time management.
Supervise your team's task completion and quality.
Support the enhancement of the R&D team and collaborate in the recruiting process.
Identify industry trends and team needs for the development of new tools.
Support the management of the wider Atlas R&D initiative.
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Degree, Associate Diploma or Diploma from either Architecture, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &/or Hydraulic Engineering.
Experienced in digital tool development for project delivery; Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, C#, others.
Experience in the utilization of AI proprietary technology such as LLM systems, AI generative design, or AI documentation software for Architecture and Engineering.
Understand project management methodologies, techniques, and concepts.
Excellent communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience participating in technical teams.
Good understanding of BIM workflows.
Code writing, review, test, and deploy skills.
Proficiency in two or more of the following languages: C#, Python, JavaScript, Excel VBA, etc.
Advanced level of English in both written & verbal form to communicate with Clients.
