• Research and development of new products, technologies, and materials
• Gathering and utilizing information on technical trends and the industry
• Enhancing the performance and quality of existing products
• Creating and updating product specifications and technical documentation
• Preparing samples
• Supporting the transition of developed products to mass production
• Investigating technical issues related to products and processes
• Coordinating and communicating with relevant departments

Yêu cầu
1. Requirement
• Age: Around 25 - 30 years old
• Gender: N/A
• Education level: Degree in a science or engineering field (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Food Science, Electronics, Biology)
• Experience: 3+ years of in food R&D or product development (preferably Confectionery, Snacks, particularly biscuits).
• Experience in QC/QA
• Skills: Sensory Evaluation & Consumer Understanding; Data Analysis & Problem Solving; Food Safety, Regulatory & Shelf Life; Commercial Thinking.
• Language: English - Ability to create technical documents and communicate in English (Japanese is plus)
• Commencement: Able to join as soon as possible.
2. Benefit
• Benefits: 18 days AL / year, Company trip, Annual health check, Private Health insurance
• Bonus: Based on individual performance evaluations in January (in principle, employees who joined the company before June 30 of the previous year are eligible for payment).
• Have Shuttle bus from HCM to Long An
