Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
0-3 year-experience in related fields.
Experiences in related fields below is preferable:
1. Polycaboxylate dispersant agent
2. Synthesis of polymerization based on waterborne
3. Organic synthesis
4. Waterborne type of surfactant, additive
Have proficient research, recipe making & industrialization knowledge and skills.
Have proactive learning attitude, effective communication, self-study.
