Mô tả công việc
- Manage R&D Department ( 15 Person)
- Develop new product ( Zipper, Slider, Machine Part)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in R&D area (Design, EDM, CNC, Product development...)
- Actively contribute to the development process by proposing alternative slider execution, to fully optimize slider targets of design, quality and price.
- Assist the team to coordinate all R&D activities.
Yêu cầu
- University/ College graduated
- Communication skill in foreign language ( English or Japanese)
- Computer skills: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Knowledge about die machining and drawing (Pro -E, Creo,EDM, Wire EDM, CNC/CAD/CAM/Machine shop) (priority).
- At least 2 years experience in management
- Communication, management & coordination skills.
- Working in Nhon Trach 3 IZ
