Raw Material Preparation Superintendent

1. Production activity control and optimization
• Control shift production operation of Raw material preparation system
• Monitor operational KPIs and develop action plan for operation improvement in time.
• Monitor CCR operation to ensure strictly follow up operational instructions, troubleshooting procedures as well as equipment operation at optimum feedrate.
• Closely control onsite activities and support resources timely to ensure production and maintenance activities implemented properly and effectively.
• Coordinate with Non shift production personnel to complete daily/weekly assigned tasks.
• Execute troubleshoot equipment breakdowns effectively to bring the RMP back to operation soonest.
• Analyze root causes of problem relating to quality, feed rate or any failures and propose actions to improve operation.
• Propose plan to improve process operation.
• Control and support execution of CAPEX projects
2. Product quality control
• Propose action plan to overcome issues that negatively impact on quality.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, OLA and Quarry to improve and optimize product quality
3. Coordination and communication across functional departments
• Report to manager if serious problem of equipment or emergency cases
• Coordinate closely with OLA to ensure logistic activities of products timely and effectively.
• Coordinate with Production, mobile equipment group, Maintenance and Quarry to complete daily/weekly planned tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance groups to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns effectively in order to bring the plant back to operation soonest.
• Coordinate with mobile equipment group to develop and execute periodical maintenance plan.
5. People development
• Define competencies and training plan for group.
• Participate in and facilitate subordinates to attend training courses.
• Develop KPIs for team.
• Monitor staff performance, motivate, and recognize good / poor performers in time.
• Propose succession plan of team.
• Provide technical training for department's staffs and other departments (if required)
• Encourage and support staff to contribute new idea.
• Follow up multi-skill program for all levels
6. Contractor Safety Management
• Follow up long term Clay pit planning approved by Ministry of Industry
• Follow up long term & short-term plan by QSO, Quarry master and Gemcom Surpac
• Follow compliance of management system ISO 9001
