Receivable Accountant - Kế Toán Công Nợ (Thời Vụ 6 tháng)

Creditsale control:
Work with sales regarding customer account inquires and resolve any issues related to collections, chargeback;
Chase outstanding debt of distributors;
Review customer account balances and handle customer inquiries;
Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices which is put into accounting software;
Liaise with bank and customer for daily bank transactions (incoming remittance);
Assist in preparing all journal entries and account reconciliations associated with accounts receivable;
Reconcile AR aging and periodically make AR confirmation;
Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary;
Ensure appropriate and sufficient supporting documents related to accounts receivable to keep on file;
Prepare and distribute weekly AR aging reports;
Invoice control:
Get and check invoice from GR team daily to ensure that all of documents is legal by Tax and VAS;
Day to day check and compare quanlity, purchasing price between system and invoices;
Handle any issue related to wrong invoice;
Follow up Documents have not been received invoice from supplier;
Follow up the term of payment for invoice which is received late;
Arrange and storage invoice and Doc file at the end of month;
Post entry of purchasing invoice into system correctly and timely within the deadline;
Support for invoice controlling team and do ad-hoc requirements;
