Manage and supervise daily reception operations, ensuring professional service and a positive customer experience.
Directly welcome, guide, and assist patients, customers, and doctors throughout the consultation process
Coordinate and manage patient appointment schedules via phone, Facebook, Zalo, email, and internal systems.
Oversee the payment process, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with clinic regulations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the reception team; train and improve service skills.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance reception procedures and handle arising situations promptly.
Report performance results to the Management Board and propose solutions to enhance customer experience
Yêu cầu
Education: College or University degree, in Business Administration or Healthcare
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within healthcare, clinic, or hospital
Skills: Strong communication, friendly manner, flexible problem-solving, team management, and proficiency in computer and social media tools.
Language: Fluent in English; Korean or Chinese is a plus
