Mô tả công việc
Receives, welcomes, books, and refers visitors to the relevant individual or department.
Trip booking: Hotel, air ticket
Accepts delivery of small parcels and advises addressee.
Maintains reception area in a tidy condition.
Connects callers who may be uncertain of their required contact to the most appropriate department /contact.
Takes and passes on messages. Determines when an issue is urgent and expedites a response.
May administer routine parking and taxi arrangements, and issues and collects security badges for visitors.
As a key point of entry to the organization, acts with tact, discretion and courtesy at all times.
May perform basic clerical tasks and/or undertake simple copy typing as time permits.
Maintains office files and record in accordance with internal procedures
Regularly contacts customers, suppliers or organization employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.
Maintains records and balance information for control purposes.
Maintains schedules and administers systems or arrangement for activities such as purchase, receipt, dispatch and delivery of goods and/or services.
Has regular contact with customers, suppliers or employees outside the immediate work area.

To execute ad-hoc Operations project as requested by the Company
To take other assignments from Line Manager
1) Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
· At least 02 years of experience, proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
2) Required skills:
Fluent in verbal and written Vietnamese and English (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
