Lễ tân - Hành chính ( Receptionist )
Welcome all visitors (customers/ supplier) in a professional and courteous manner.
Answering all incoming call and refer to the appropriate department and person, taking messages as required/ should staff concerned not available.
Carrying out express delivery, delivery and receipt of documents, contracts, invoices, and immediately transfer to relevant departments. Update records of incoming and outgoing dispatches.
Receiving and delivering letters/ documents to related departments.
Receiving and handling customer's feedbacks, complaints within ability
Preparing tea, water, fruits, tea-break; organize materials for meetings; Coordinate preparation and organization of Company events;
Photocopying documents when requested by departments; printing documents prepared for customers;
Summaring and order stationeries, medicine, grocery and follow up the inventories.
Perform any other duties delegated by the Manager.
Sales :
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
Updating and promptly notifying the Company's policies and promotions to partners, agents and customers.
Renewing contracts for tenants
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
