Mô tả công việc
Handle room blocking for the VIP, CMIHP and Junket Operator arrivals bases on their preferences.
Prepare the VIP's registration form, welcome booklets, keys
Submit reports of VIP arrivals & VIP Departure
Inspect the rooms and ensure that all room amenities are placed inside the rooms prior to the guest's arrival.
Coordinate and follow up with Housekeeping and or Room Service the delivery of special amenities.
Welcome and assist guest to their rooms upon arrival.
Hand over messages/items for the guests upon their arrival.
Attend to the different requests and services required by the guests.
Accomplish requisition for the complimentary amenities such as birthday cakes, wines, farewell gifts for Long Staying Guests, and other special amenities.
Prepare apology cards and correspond amenity for the inconveniences to the guests at the instruction of the VIP Manager and Front Office Manager.
Assist Front Desk counters during heavy check in and out and when the need arises.
Prepare the early arrivals of VIP, CMIHP and Junket Operator guests including room blockings, room inspection, preparation of registration cards and other paraphernalia. Does welcome booklets.
Follow up monthly payment of ITO and pending paymaster
Service quality and standards are within the Front Office Department.
Increase customer retention and satisfaction.
Employee motivation and satisfaction.
Willingness to go extra miles in giving services to the guest.
Communicate well with International Marketing, Casino Services, Housekeeping and other operation departments
Report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the supervisor or Heads of Department

Yêu cầu
One year working experience is preferred.
Vocational School Certificate is required.
Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Fluent in English and Chinese are required
Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
