Mô tả công việc
• Upselling and promoting all the recreational facilities and F&B
• Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
• Welcome guests to the pool & beach facilities and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
• Assist for any other recreational activities where needed
• Assist the supervisor/manager with special projects, events, special classes and parties planning for the recreational program of the guests
• Participate actively in employee activities
• Attend scheduled departmental trainings
• Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool, pool area, beach, health club
• Follow company policies and procedures
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Yêu cầu
• High School or Diploma holder.
•1 years related experience in hotel recreation operation
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
