We are one of the world's top logistics companies is looking for a new Sales Logistics Deputy Manager to maintain its market shares and lead its commercial department in Vietnam territory also global market. Now, We Are Looking For a Sales Logistics Deputy Manager Who Working In Our Branch, Located In Hai Phong City
Assignment: to help, lead, manage for developing business activity according to assignment of Sales Manager, including services for import-export cargoes, project cargoes in local and global market development through company's agents established and search new customers, etc .
II- Key Responsibilities
Minimum of 2 years of Sales management experience.
You must have experience for this recruitment position or the same before.
You will be responsible for working from Sales Manager assignment task, management the Sales and Logistics team competencies provisioned within transport, forwarding, logistics implementing an optimal functional support team.
You will be working closely with management, key business users and colleagues to provide high-quality functional support, deliver solution configuration enhancements, and build a roadmap of improvement projects and initiatives relating to the current Branch's activity.
You will be help your manager of plan goals for your team and yourself to develop business.
You will be responsible for report directly to your manager the result of sales goals daily/ weekly, monthly.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
III- Your Key Responsibilities & Duties required for this roles:
Experience in calculting and set tup target for sales plan including number of new account, enterprise's field of activity, merchandise kinds, supply method of suitable transport.
Manage and calculate cost tariff and budget plan for every job sale according to Incoterm for method of transport bay containers, break bulk cargoes, project cargoes.
Manage incident, request, change and problem resolution where assigned to the Sales and logistics team.
Provide high-quality mentoring, training for Sales Management.
Knowledge and understanding on the operation of the logistics services, forwarding, local transport, air and sea cargo transport, multi-modal transports and other relevant activities.
IV- Salary and benefit
Starting point of 10.000.000 VND. You will have salary profit base on your business result according Company's finance policy.
