Mô tả công việc
- Perform day-to-day operations to ensure that the overall HR implementation plans and activities are managed in accordance with the Company's HR policies, trategies, systems, procedures, and comply with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.
- Assist Human Resources & Training Manager to process the recruitment plan such as screening the applications, conducting the interview, assessing applicant's knowledge, skills and experiences to best suit the open positions.
- Assist Human Resources & Training Manager to process the training and development plan such as designing training and development programs based on the needs of the Company and the Employee, evaluating training and development programs, developing effective induction programs for new staffs, preparing training materials for in-house courses.
- Assist Human Resources Tasks such as checking attendance records for employees.
- Manage ISO procedures of Human Resources and Training Department.
- Support translating English documents to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Make English presentation for foreigner guests when requested
- Make Payment For some contracts
- Follow and adhere to the Company's code of conduct, safety procedures and compliance with the applicable laws strictly.
- Carry out the tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Have bachelor Degree or above.
- Have at least 2 - 5 years working in Recruitment and Training position.
- Fluent in English at 4 skills (prefer having IELTS certificate)
- Know about ISO procedure (Know ERP system is an advanatge)
- Hard-Working, flexible, honest and have the willing-to-work mindset.
- Confident in doing presentations
- Have good communication skills.
- Willing to support colleges and other departments to run the work well.
