Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify business opportunities and target market sector to grow Adecco's business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients.
Conduct market research and build a strong network within relevant industries.
Connect with clients through calls, networking events and other channels, and take responsibility for the end-to-end sales process.
Qualify clients on their needs and obtain information on their requirements.
Develop new accounts and expand existing client relationships to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
2. Recruitment & Candidate Management
Manage recruitment delivery by providing excellent customer service and high-quality candidate profiles.
Source and proactively engage suitable and passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies, cold calling, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Develop strong professional networks and industry knowledge to identify relevant talent.
Advise hiring managers on candidate evaluation and lead the negotiation and offer process.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chinese language, or a related field.
3 years of experience in Recruitment/ Business Development / Key Account Management/ or related commercial roles.
Strong interest in developing a career combining business development, client management, and recruitment consulting.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent Chinese proficiency both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business context (HSK5 or above).
