Support in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases).
Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments of potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and consultants.
Assist with market mapping, talent research, and client insights for different industries.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Prepare weekly reports and summaries for consultants and team leads.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Yêu cầu
Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (reading & writing).
Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job platforms is a plus.
