Key Responsibilities
Searching & Client Managing
• Responsible for delivering high quality candidates for our clients
• Attract quality candidates through preparing job description on social network
• Using effective tools for searching suitable candidates
• Organize interviews for candidates based on our clients' requests
• Follow up and provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, career progression.
• Proactively seeking new clients with various channels
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager/director.
Yêu cầu
• Graduates/ post graduates University.
• Freshmen are also welcome to apply
• Passionate with the Recruitment field
• Communication in English
• Established ability to deal with wide-range job styles
• High energy, team player, honest and Can-Do attitude
