Objective:
Recruiting and evaluating job candidates to bring successful and lasting ones for retail sales position
Job Description:
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Screen and sort candidates' profiles to identify prospective ones from a variety of channels.
Access candidates and set up interview timeline.
Interview the candidates, analyzing responses; comparing their qualifications to job requirements.
Make sure the candidates are good, fit to the company's culture and commit to the job
Yêu cầu
Fluent in verbal and written English
Experienced in recruitment
Have good sources for quality candidates for sales positions
Have a degree in Human Resources or related fields

Good at computer skills
