As part of the team, you will work closely with team leaders, senior consultants, and hiring managers from client companies to understand hiring needs, source qualified candidates, and develop specialized industry knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams from MNCs and local conglomerates to understand talent needs and support effective recruitment strategies.
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and assess candidates through phone calls, interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations when required.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up, and candidate updates.
Provide consultation and support to hiring managers and HR teams on recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and selection.
Develop market knowledge and talent mapping skills across assigned industries.
REQUIREMENTS
Open to fresh graduates and internship candidates.
Good communication skills in English are required.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Interest in recruitment, consulting, business development, or human resources.
