Mô tả công việc
Managing Recruitment Partners:
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners such as headhunting agencies and staffing vendors.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each partner and propose optimization solutions.
Negotiate contracts and partnership terms with recruitment agencies.
Implementing Recruitment Activities through Partners:
Collaborate with departments to identify hiring needs and create recruitment plans through partners.
Manage candidate lists provided by partners, ensuring quality and recruitment timelines.
Track, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of recruitment efforts from partners.
Expanding the Recruitment Network:
Develop and establish new recruitment partnerships to enhance hiring efficiency.
Create innovative and diverse recruitment channels to attract talent.
Managing Recruitment Budget via Partners:
Plan and control the budget for recruitment activities conducted through partners.
Propose cost-saving solutions while maintaining recruitment quality.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and generate reports on recruitment activities through partners.
Provide recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in managing recruitment partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Analytical ability to assess recruitment effectiveness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and recruitment management tools.
Customer service mindset and excellent teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English
Good at Korean language is a plus
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in managing recruitment partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Analytical ability to assess recruitment effectiveness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and recruitment management tools.
Customer service mindset and excellent teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English
Good at Korean language is a plus
