Recruitment Specialist

To be responsible for updating & Controlling the hiring information on social network, Recruitment Website, Group & Fanpage on Facebook,...;
Use internal or extemal systems to advertise job vancancies as appropriate;
Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements;
To be responsible for searching & supplementing employees for Department in according to assigned;
Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position;
Combining with HODs to make shorlist candidates and arrange the interview schedule between candidates & HODs;
Ensure to conduct recruitment activites accurately following company's hiring SOP as well as welcoming new employees;
Reviewing, checking & Controlling new employee's input personnel file docutment;
Updating candidates's database & status of recruitment as assigned vacancies;
Making the weekly/monthly recruitment report & send it to directly manager;
To be responsible for tracking new employee's input record, ensuring them to complete all
procedures on time;
Other tasks assigned as Directly Manager.
