Talent Acquisition
Work with department heads to define job descriptions and hiring needs.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies across departments.
Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment events.
Conduct initial screening interviews and manage the hiring funnel.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Partner & Affiliate Recruitment
Identify and onboard marketing agencies, sales partners, and affiliate networks.
Conduct outreach campaigns to attract and sign new business partners.
Assess partner credibility, negotiate agreements, and onboard them.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Operations
Promote our employer brand through hiring campaigns, social media, and industry events.
Ensure a smooth candidate and partner onboarding experience.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and KPIs to track hiring progress.
Yêu cầu
- Experience: 2-3+ years in recruitment (preferably in SaaS, Tech, or Business hiring).
- Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, experience with ATS tools, and ability to assess both employees and business partners.
- Mindset: Growth-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Network: Experience hiring across South East Asia and familiarity with partner recruitment is a plus.
