- Support the overall staffing and recruiting process for Company
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Oversee the development of qualified active and passive candidate pipelines
- Develop and implement recruiting solutions, and proactively identify and facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies
- Assist in the maintenance of strong working relationships with outside resources and professional organizations in recruitment.
- Support employer branding initiatives
Yêu cầu
- 1-3 years minimum required experience in a Human Resources support role including operational recruiting
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
