JOB SUMMARY
Be responsible for recruitment KPIs and manage well the recruitment process to ensure the hiring of various positions in Store Chain and Office Operations as well as being a partner with Commercial Team to deliver fulfillment commitment.

Key responsibilities:
Be responsible for recruitment KPIs
Update current and initiate to improve recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes)
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Implement new sourcing methods
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
Research and choose job advertising options
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Keep up-to-date on trends in retail industry; overseeing competitor strategic to effectively execute manpower planning as an effective HR Plan to Business Unit
Participate in job fairs and career events (if needed)
Qualifications
Degree Holder, preferably in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Management
3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, at least 1 year in supervisory level in Retail Fashion industry or equivalent
