Mô tả công việc
• This position shall be in charge of recruitment task of EMG group, currently consists of Sky XX, Prime XXI, Z Lounge, Towa - Japanese Cuisine, Lai - Cantonese Cuisine, Sông - Viet Cuisine and future projects.
• Report to Human Resources Director.
• In charge of recruiting process of all positions from supervisory level and below, including job interview.
• Assist with Human Resources Director in recruiting Assistant Manager level and above.
• Advise on the appropriate method of recruitment i.e. internal or external posting, newspaper ad, job search website, recruitment agency, etc...
• Manage recruit channels, including all job postings.
• Monitor the budgeted headcount. Update weekly/monthly headcount report.
• Conduct the pre-selection interview and/or testing to make sure that the candidate meets the minimum requirements for the job.
• Maintain good relationships with all candidates and inform them on their recruitment status whether by phone, email, or letter.
• Respond to incoming applications within two weeks of receipt, and unsuccessful interviews within one week of being advised by the Human Resources Director of their unsuitability.
• Liaise with respective managers the preparation of all the documentation related to the hiring/ promotion/ transfer of every new staff. Co-ordinate with respective department to confirm the starting date.
• Keep track on new staff's probation and training record, liaise and ensure all new staff to be certified with orientation training, job description and departmental training program.
• Monitor the offline/online Annual Performance Appraisal and Individual Development Plan.
• Respond to employee requests for statements of service/ earnings and take responsibility for other general inquiries.
• Keep update with the Labor Law, present and future trends, practices and systems related to Human Resources, Recruitment and Selection.
• Participate in the development, implementation and continuous review of Human Resources standards and procedures, practices and personnel administration systems, update and recommend improvement as appropriate.
• Be pro-active in streamlining Human Resources Practices and sourcing new ways to improve current systems.
• Perform general administrative duties as required including paperwork processing and HR filing.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by Human Resources Director and the company management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management, Hospitality Management, Economics, Law...
• Required skills: leadership, organizational skill, communication skill, interviewing skill, negotiating skill, time management, multi-tasking.
• Work under pressure, positive attitude and result-oriented.
• Able to handle changes and comply with company standard & procedure.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong experience in hotel//bar/food & beverage recruiting.
• At least 5-year experience in recruitment and 2-year experience in brand hotel/restaurant/bar/night club in similar positions.
• Work in District 1.
• Willing to travel when required.
