Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
● Responsibility for total recruitment of the company (all level hiring (high, mid or low level))
● Preparing job descriptions
● Job posting and deciding how and where jobs are advertised;
● Work with headhunter/ outsourcing services
● Screening CV and shortlisting applicants;
● Arranging interviews, interview and follow up employment offer or rejection procedure;
● Recruit, train, manage recruitment staffs
● Be incharge of all process of welcome on board for newcomers
Other tasks
● Manage and follow up labour contracts: probation-end list, labor contract renewal and resignation
● Support to organize the company events, activities (birthday celebration, year-end party, charity...)
● Other tasks as assigned by HR & Admin Manager.
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor Degree in HR/Business Administration or related fields
● Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
● At least 5 years of experience in the field of Recruitment, at least 2 years of the same position
● Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Code, regulations and practices.
● Experience in mass hiring (especially esperience of hirring shiper, driver [protected info] the Big advantage)
● High sense of responsibility, good team spirit, driven and target oriented.
● Can work independently or team work
● Excellent interpersonal skills; communication and negotiation;
