Recruitment & Training
• Handling recruitment process to hire the suitable talents.
• Creating a pool of candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, fanpage and media channels.
• Proceeding with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing of the pool of applicants.
• Building up and maintaining good relationship with universities to support for recruiting activities.
• Arrange all docs, and procedure needed to welcome newcomer/ exit interview for employees.
• Coordinate & set up training course as department request.
• Filling the training documents.
Admin:
• Be responsible for attendance report and annual leave record for Corporate Staff.
• Translate documents when needed.
• Other tasks assigned by upper level.
