***Recruitment:
- Planning recruitment report to BOM.
- Post jobs, receiving and screening CVs, and coordinate with the relevant head of department selected interview candidates
- Reporting the results of recruitment to BOM to finally interview.
- Interview candidate.
- Review the list of candidates admitted to training plan.
***Training
- Making and follow up the training schedule, improve the employee's skill.
- Coordinate with department heads involved training new employees on the company Rules, collective labor agreement and professional work
- Monitoring the training program so effective.
- Evaluate the after training result and report to BOM.
- Training Planning for new comer ( payment process, purchasing process ...)
- Welcome employee by face to face, by email,[protected info] everyone
***Admin:
- Update and manage document, list of company employees
- Monitoring personnel fluctuations, statistical analysis reports to the General Director
- Update employee information every year
- Follow labor contract of part time, consultant, internship
- Organization for Event of company
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment - Training
- Good knowledge of English is preferred because most of the interviews are in English
- Graduated from University with majors in Human Resource Management, Economics, Agriculture, Human Resource Management
